What if my dog is anxious?+

Please confirm access requirements with your groomer before your visit; equipment needs can vary.
How do cancellations and deposits work?+
A deposit confirms your time and counts toward the total. Cancel at least 24 hours ahead for a full refund; after that the deposit is kept.
What if my dog is aggressive?+
Please tell us before booking so we can discuss whether a safe visit is possible.
What about matted coats?+
Tell us ahead of time. If extra time or a charge is needed, we will discuss it before proceeding.

Your booking is confirmed after your deposit is paid. It is deducted from the total price.
Cancellation
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Later cancellations keep the deposit; any additional amount paid is refunded.
